By accessing or using CALLS OFF AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
CALLS OFF AI provides information, statistics, probabilities and analysis about football matches. The service may include historical data, available odds, pre-match context, results and signals generated by statistical models or artificial intelligence systems.
CALLS OFF AI is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, does not manage gambling funds and does not place transactions on behalf of its users.
3. Informational Nature and Responsible Gambling
Our analysis, probabilities and explanations are informational estimates and do not constitute financial advice, personalized recommendations or a guarantee of results. Odds, data and models may contain errors, delays or changes.
Gambling involves the risk of loss. Only gamble within limits you can afford, comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and do not gamble if you are underage or if gambling is not legal where you are located.
4. Account and Access
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you detect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Pro features are offered through a paid subscription. The price, currency, billing period and applicable terms are shown before you confirm your purchase. Payments and subscription management are processed through Polar and may be subject to its own terms.
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available. Cancellation does not necessarily result in a refund for periods that have already started, unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
6. Data and Third-Party Providers
The service uses providers for authentication, storage, sports data, odds, payments and artificial intelligence processing. The availability and accuracy of information from third parties may vary, and those services may have their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, its brand, design, software, text and proprietary components belong to CALLS OFF AI or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer or use the service to build a competing product without authorization.
8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue service features. We may also update these terms; if changes are material, we will endeavor to communicate them through reasonable means. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
