This Privacy Policy explains how CALLS OFF Creator Doctor collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use callsoff.com, create an account, run a Public Diagnosis, purchase Pro, or connect a YouTube Studio channel.
CALLS OFF Creator Doctor uses YouTube API Services and handles YouTube data in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
If you connect YouTube Studio, you authorize CALLS OFF Creator Doctor to access read-only YouTube data for the connected channel. We may store the channel ID, channel display metadata, encrypted refresh token, granted scopes, token type, sync status, Studio metrics, retention points, traffic source summaries, Reporting API reach rows, Reporting job metadata, and Channel Memory records needed to provide Pro diagnosis and monitoring.
Studio authorization is used only for the connected channel features shown in the product. We do not request upload, edit, delete, monetization, or publishing permissions, and we do not modify YouTube content or channel settings.
We use information to:
We use cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, anonymous diagnosis limits, closed access controls when applicable, analytics, security, and product functionality. Supabase authentication may set session cookies or browser storage needed to keep you signed in. PostHog may set analytics cookies or similar identifiers to understand product usage and improve the service.
Rate-limit records use hashed identifiers and hashed network signals. The application database does not intentionally store raw IP addresses, although infrastructure providers may process IP addresses in logs to operate and secure the service.
We share information only as needed to operate, secure, bill, and improve the service. Providers may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Google sign-in, YouTube API Services, Polar for payments as Merchant of Record, PostHog for product analytics, and OpenAI if optional enrichment is enabled.
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose YouTube Authorized Data to other users. Public reports may be accessible to anyone who has the report link unless product access rules say otherwise.
Optional AI enrichment may use OpenAI to rewrite explanation text and assign a small CALLS OFF Creator Doctor topic label. When enabled, we send only minimal report context: video title, optional truncated description, already-computed diagnostic findings, score labels, existing rule-based causes, and limitations.
We do not send OAuth tokens, API keys, user email, raw Studio metric tables, retention curves, or Reporting API CSV rows to OpenAI. OpenAI enrichment never calculates scores, metrics, baselines, percentiles, or causes.
We keep account, billing, diagnosis, and operational records only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain auditability.
Public YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days where required by YouTube API policy. YouTube Authorized Data is retained only while needed for the specific consented Pro features and active authorization.
You can disconnect YouTube Studio from settings. When you disconnect, we attempt to revoke the Google token and delete stored Studio Authorized Data, including Studio metrics, Reporting API reach reports, Channel Memory data, Reporting job metadata, and the encrypted refresh token. Deletion is designed to happen promptly and within the time required by YouTube API policies.
You can also revoke access from Google Account permissions. To request account or diagnosis deletion, contact support@callsoff.com.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the service, including server-side secret handling, row-level database access policies, encrypted storage for YouTube Studio refresh tokens, signed cookies, webhook verification, and restricted API scopes.
No internet service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your Google account, YouTube channel permissions, and access to your CALLS OFF Creator Doctor account.
Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection rules that differ from where you live.
CALLS OFF Creator Doctor is intended for creators, channel owners, and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. Contact support@callsoff.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by another appropriate method.
Privacy requests and questions can be sent to support@callsoff.com.
