Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CALLS OFF Creator Doctor at callsoff.com. By accessing the service, creating an account, running a diagnosis, connecting YouTube Studio, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of a business or channel owner, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and connect or analyze that channel.

2. Service

CALLS OFF Creator Doctor provides diagnostic software for YouTube videos and Shorts. Public Diagnosis uses public YouTube API data and same-channel comparable uploads. Pro features may use read-only YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, and YouTube Reporting API data authorized by the connected channel owner.

Upload Score, topic labels, format hints, and diagnosis explanations are independent CALLS OFF Creator Doctor calculations or descriptions. They are not YouTube metrics, YouTube rankings, official YouTube content classifications, predictions, approvals, penalties, or guarantees of future performance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.

Google sign-in for the app is separate from YouTube Studio authorization. Connecting YouTube Studio requires a separate consent flow and may be available only on paid plans.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. Polar handles checkout, payment information, invoices, taxes, refunds where applicable, and the customer portal. Pro access is granted only after a verified Polar webhook confirms the subscription status.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the billing portal before renewal. Pricing, plan limits, and included features may change, but material pricing changes will apply only as allowed by law and the billing provider's process.

5. YouTube terms

CALLS OFF Creator Doctor uses YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube and YouTube API data through the service is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and the Google Privacy Policy.

CALLS OFF Creator Doctor is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with YouTube or Google. The service does not publish, edit, delete, or monetize YouTube content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
• scrape YouTube or call undocumented YouTube endpoints;
• connect a channel unless you own it or are authorized to do so;
• attempt to bypass account, usage, billing, or rate limits;
• interfere with the security or reliability of the service;
• reverse engineer private API behavior or abuse automated flows;
• misrepresent CALLS OFF Creator Doctor reports as official YouTube decisions or guarantees.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the URLs, channel connections, account information, and diagnostic context you provide. You grant CALLS OFF Creator Doctor the limited right to process that data only to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, how YouTube Authorized Data is handled, and how to request deletion.

8. Intellectual property

The service, software, brand, design, and documentation are owned by the operator of CALLS OFF Creator Doctor or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your own diagnosis and channel operations.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or error-free operation. YouTube API availability, quota limits, Google OAuth, Polar billing, Supabase, Vercel, and other providers may affect service behavior.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, compliance, abuse prevention, or product quality.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Diagnostic results are informational only and should not be treated as business, financial, legal, or platform-compliance advice.

Public data cannot determine private causes such as retention, impressions, CTR, traffic source allocation, monetization status, or platform enforcement. Even Pro diagnosis is limited by available authorized data, YouTube API behavior, reporting delays, and cohort quality.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CALLS OFF Creator Doctor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, content performance, or business opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law or provider policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by another appropriate method. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
