YouTube data policy
CALLS OFF Creator Doctor Public Diagnosis uses documented YouTube Data API v3 endpoints to read public video, channel, and recent upload data for the YouTube URL submitted by the user.
The app does not scrape YouTube, call undocumented endpoints, fetch arbitrary user-provided URLs, edit YouTube content, publish YouTube content, request upload permissions, or request monetization permissions.
Upload Score is an independent CALLS OFF Creator Doctor calculation based on public API data and same-channel comparable uploads. It is not a YouTube metric, YouTube ranking, YouTube approval, prediction of future performance, or statement about total channel health.
Public format labels are hints used to keep comparable cohorts separate. They are not official YouTube content-type classifications. Users can correct the analysis mode when the public signal is uncertain.
Each report shows "Data as of" for the public snapshot used. Public YouTube data may be refreshed or deleted within 30 days when required by policy or when a user requests deletion.
Studio Diagnosis requires a separate read-only YouTube consent flow. It can read YouTube Analytics metrics for the connected channel, verify the owned channel, and use official content type when available. YouTube Reporting API reports for impressions and CTR are imported asynchronously when available. It does not modify the public Upload Score.
Channel Memory monitors recent uploads for a connected Pro channel, stores per-upload sync and diagnosis status, and may create automatic read-only Studio diagnoses after the configured minimum upload age. The app does not publish, edit, delete, or rank channel content.
Optional OpenAI enrichment can rewrite explanation text and assign a small CALLS OFF Creator Doctor topic label from minimal already-computed report context. Topics are not YouTube classifications and never affect scores, causes, baselines, or channel rankings.
You can disconnect YouTube Studio from Settings. Disconnect revokes the Google token when possible and deletes Studio Authorized Data held by CALLS OFF Creator Doctor, including stored Studio metrics, Reporting API reach reports, Channel Memory data, and the encrypted refresh token.
